Our Approach: Humans-First SEO & AI Adoption
I'm Kyle Eggleston, a Chicago SEO consultant who built enterprise search programs (including automating local SEO across 10,000+ Walgreens locations) before bringing that discipline to local businesses. My consultancy pairs senior strategy with real AI automation: technical audits, content built on genuine expertise, and local search domination, all grounded in live market data, never templates or outsourced shortcuts.
Most agencies operate like factories: they run your site through a generic audit tool, export a 200-row spreadsheet of trivial errors, and farm out your content to cheap writers who don't understand your business. We built this consultancy to do the exact opposite.
We pair senior strategy with scaled AI systems to handle the heavy lifting, allowing us to spend our time where it actually matters: technical excellence, deeply researched entity optimization, and content that demonstrates real expertise. We don't chase vanity metrics. We focus strictly on the search visibility that drives revenue for Chicago's professional services.
How I Got Here
I taught myself this work the hard way: building and ranking my own websites as a student, from affiliate projects to a small venture I ran while at DePaul. Long before SEO was a tidy career path, I was learning how traffic, content, and search actually behave by living with the results.
That curiosity turned into nearly seven years at Walgreens, where I built and ran the SEO program and automated local search across more than 10,000 store locations, including through the complexity of the Rite Aid merger. Operating at that scale teaches you what really moves rankings when there's no room for guesswork: clean data, sound technical foundations, and systems that hold up under pressure.
From there I spent years on the agency side, growing search for home builders, law firms, and local businesses across very different markets. I've had campaigns that didn't work, and I learned more from those than from the wins. The throughline is simple: I don't quit on a problem, and I'd rather give you the honest version than the comfortable one.
When a project needs expertise I don't have in-house, I bring in a trusted specialist instead of faking it or handing your work to the lowest bidder. You get the right person for the problem, every time.
What excites me now is what AI makes possible. I use it to handle technical fixes and content at scale, and I build internal dashboards and tools you'll never see that cut cost and sharpen accuracy. As Nvidia's CEO has put it, the advantage is shifting from who can write the code to who can solve the problem. That has always been my edge, and AI is what lets one focused operator deliver enterprise-grade work at a price a Chicago business can actually afford.

After 20+ years and 70+ franchise locations, I'm convinced the agencies have it backwards. They automate the thinking and outsource the actual work. I do the opposite: senior strategy by hand, AI for the busywork.
